I got this lady (Trisha) and she said there is no way we would know the Rail Car Number. Your dealer will call you when it arrives. LOL...
Is anyone calling a different number than above? If so, please share? Thanks!

Trisha knows squat and same with Cheryl. Same number, call again until you get Karen.
Or ask your dealer like Jazer suggested.

That’s what I called. And they definitely gave me my rail car number. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome and very helpful. I think it’s luck of the draw. Keep calling until you get someone to give it to you. It changes the whole dynamic of your bronco delivery debacle!

Just tracked my bronco on the united road and it shows a load number. Hopefully this means it is on a truck.

My vin was recognized, then on United it went from inactive to canceled. No clue, like most parts of this process....

Has anyone that has taken delivery of a 2.7 confirm/deny whether they have fixed from factory, the 2.7 coolant hose issue?

I get mine this afternoon, I'll let ya know.

FYI – United Rail never worked for me after my Bronco got dropped off at the rail yard in KC on Saturday. Then I tried Palsapp on Monday afternoon for the fist time and it showed that my rig had in fact been dropped off at the dealer on Monday. I immediately checked the tracker and backdoor and neither one had updated to say it had arrived at my dealer yet but when I checked again about 30 minutes later, both of them were updated to say it had reached the Dealer and was being prepped.

We received our window sticker today, finally got my railcar but I'm low-key too terrified to call UP to see where it's at. Anyone else in SOCAL getting delivered week of 1/30 - 2/05?

So, purgatory since "in production" on 1/10. Sounds like some are taking delivery without trackers being updated? Were your dealers equally as surprised as you? Just looking for affirmation at this point. Can't wait to ride!!!

Thanks.. I have just checked Palsapp and Untited and no thing there yet.
I also just realized that CSX says "Load Departed" I cant remember if that is a common term that I have heard 687 times already or if it is new.
Being that the train has arrived near or at its final destination, perhaps that is the last leg.

My guess is that Load Departed is normal and I will get an update in a day or so.

Im assuming you bought from Blue Bonnet. Had my rep get me the rail car mine was in and it says its supposed to be at its final destination 1/21. From there it gets loaded on convoy truck to New Braunfels but not sure how long it will sit at the rail yard. Not sure if yours is on the same train but should be.Curious what your tracker says from Ford on delivery?

Just asked my dealer to put some ford pass rewards points towards the rocker trail armor. I dont want to see ugly pinch welds. lol. He just ordered them for me.

Also ... My dealer said that they have been consistently seeing 2 week backlog on rail pickups, but Dixiana has been one of the quicker ones for them. So it's possible they havent had a truck from there as recently as the current slow down, but Im going to cross my fingers that that remains true.

This IS coming from the location's GM so I think he is probably on top of it.
