That’s what I called. And they definitely gave me my rail car number. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome and very helpful. I think it’s luck of the draw. Keep calling until you get someone to give it to you. It changes the whole dynamic of your bronco delivery debacle!Is the Customer Service number: 800-334-4375?

Mine hasn’t moved from 2/2 and still shows in productionMy delivery date estimate has been 2/10 this whole time.

My vin was recognized, then on United it went from inactive to canceled. No clue, like most parts of this process....Just tracked my bronco on the united road and it shows a load number. Hopefully this means it is on a truck.

FYI – United Rail never worked for me after my Bronco got dropped off at the rail yard in KC on Saturday. Then I tried Palsapp on Monday afternoon for the fist time and it showed that my rig had in fact been dropped off at the dealer on Monday. I immediately checked the tracker and backdoor and neither one had updated to say it had arrived at my dealer yet but when I checked again about 30 minutes later, both of them were updated to say it had reached the Dealer and was being prepped.Thanks for the sanity check.. I really thought it was just me.

Im assuming you bought from Blue Bonnet. Had my rep get me the rail car mine was in and it says its supposed to be at its final destination 1/21. From there it gets loaded on convoy truck to New Braunfels but not sure how long it will sit at the rail yard. Not sure if yours is on the same train but should be.Curious what your tracker says from Ford on delivery?Just got the email with my Bronco photo! Ready for it to get to Texas! YAY!
