Also ... My dealer said that they have been consistently seeing 2 week backlog on rail pickups, but Dixiana has been one of the quicker ones for them. So it's possible they havent had a truck from there as recently as the current slow down, but Im going to cross my fingers that that remains true.

This IS coming from the location's GM so I think he is probably on top of it.

The local transportation delay is a real issue, especially in major cities.
There are just no truck drivers right now that are willing to work.

Just got off the line with CS and was told they don't have access to rail car info and have to get it from my dealer- would be nice if my dealer responded and also had any idea what that was.

That’s what I called. And they definitely gave me my rail car number. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome and very helpful. I think it’s luck of the draw. Keep calling until you get someone to give it to you. It changes the whole dynamic of your bronco delivery debacle!

Dealer doesn't have it yet since I called him yesterday. Figured Ford will have it before the dealer does... Thats why I called CS today. I am going to try until I get Karen. Do you know what time you called when you got Karen?

Im assuming you bought from Blue Bonnet. Had my rep get me the rail car mine was in and it says its supposed to be at its final destination 1/21. From there it gets loaded on convoy truck to New Braunfels but not sure how long it will sit at the rail yard. Not sure if yours is on the same train but should be.Curious what your tracker says from Ford on delivery?

Yes, I’m purchasing from Bluebonnet! My rep isn’t seeing an update on mine. Not even showing it shipped on his end, but it’s not updated since the 13th. Last time he checked was earlier today. I’m showing all on my trackers it has shipped. Estimate delivery date 1/27-2/2.
I’m a bit annoyed.
We could be on the same one! What’s the rail car #? I don’t have any info.

UPDATE- CSX call now states “no bill” . Rig is still in twin oaks, PA. I still don’t know if I’m waiting for convoy to dealer (about 75 mi) or am I transferring to another train/line? Anyone with experience with csx care to comment? I’m exhausted!

Twin Oaks, PA is near Chester, it’s a big rail yard visible from I-95. When I have gone past there it looks like where they unload the trains and stage the cars for transport by the tractor trailers. Should be coming by truck the rest of the way. Where in NJ is your dealer?
Mine is coming to Holman Ford in Maple Shade, NJ (Burlington County) and I have a delivery window of 1/24 to 1/30. My built date was 1/10
