I broke down and called CS- trying to not pester the dealer too much. I've been antsy since my dealership info started populating in palsapp.

Pizza tracker says estimated delivery 1/28.
Backdoor tracker says estimated delivery 1/22-1/28.

The guy i just spoke with said the bronco was released from MAP 1/24 and should arrive at the delership no later than 1/30. For the record, i'm 3 hrs 15 mins away.

I believe you get the checkmark when it ships. Check marks seem to indicate leaving a status.

Ours is 3/4 of the way here on UP and the tracker still doesn't say shipped.

Prior to it reading “load child” did it read “individual”?

Pulled my United Road report just now and found my Bronco is being loaded from the rail yard to my dealer soon. Check the highlight - the process was labeled "Load Child" which is hilarious because this thing *is* already my baby!

For those of you that have taken delivery, any golden ticket to getting your dealer to understand the price protection?

Asked about it and my dealer said: " My boss said since we switched to a lesser trim level the rebate is not applied. It has to be same trim level as original build. "

Being a forum vet, I know this not to be the case, right? How the hell do I tell him he's wrong again and keep working on it without coming across as an asshole? I've already sent him the document from Ford explaining the program.

I got the same e-mail with the cutesy wording about how the Bronco (a/i with a mind of its own) ~ galloped off into the sunset w/ waiting for a photo.

Honestly, I have been driving a Mustang convertible where the driver side window doesn't go all the way up. (It's an expensive fix for the window motor--selling it to one of my mechanics who restores them.) It's been cold and noisy for months. After this, the Bronco will feel like a vacuum chamber!

haha - here ya go..

this thing drives phenomenal - unbelievably smooth and the 2.7 has plenty of giddy up

so far 2 complaints:
-i was not expecting the hardtop to make so much noise while driving. It is very noticeable at low speeds. The best way I can describe it is sounds like a window is open. I have a 79 CJ with a hardtop so I understand there will be noise - and if you've ever driven a old jeep with hardtop you understand - its loud. I have looked at closely and everything looks OK - but I still feel like something isn't latched on correctly - taking to dealership today to have them take a look.

Anyone else with mic top experiencing the same?

-for the 2 door people moving the passenger front seat forward and backward is a nightmare (imo) and will take some getting use to. I don't mind the manual part - and prefer over the 2 door defender. The defender has power seats but move so slow would drive me insane. I wish ford would have gone with up and forward like my CJ.

I love love love the look of the 2-Door and love even more the Shadow Black for the WT 2DR.
I got mine in Oxford White so the black accents "Pop" Lol...
