Did you ever figure out what this means? Mine is doing the same plant hold thing after getting off rail and waiting on truck.

I did not. Good news is that mine dropped off a few days later despite the status.

Get on with Ford chat and see if you can get a rail car number and that if it was actually shipped.

I don't know where it pulls from, but mine is on a train and last week OrderTrack.app updated to "In Transit" before the Ford trackers did. Try checking the Ford trackers using a different browser or device to see if they show anything different.

Sounds like you’ll be getting it sometime in the near future! If mine goes on hold as long as yours I’ll be purchasing something else.

I have the same problem. I've only gotten that page to work like 2 times total. I've used 4 different browsers, clear cache, VPN on or off, everything and can never get it to work.

that site is down a lot. Its normal. I usually have better luck with it early in the morning and later in the evening.
