I saw 5 pages and thought maybe somethings had been hashed out about how to improve further on results with other mods etc, but nope.

Will be installing an intercooler soon which will improve on the repeatability of the results shown and might be worth a few HP's and horsetorques. The stock IC is quite bad.

The stock IC is quite bad.
Interested in the evidence/data to support this. One fellow here with a non-Raptor did have some data logged and temps were notably cooler. Have you seen/considered the COBB IC, looks nice and well engineered.

It's terrible, on a "1/4" mile pass the MCT (manifold charge temp) climbs over 170 degrees.

@swamp2 I had peak charge temps of 177* after a 0-100ish pull. Ambient was 70ish. This was on the 93 tune If I recall as well.

Key words off roader. Ford Broncos and other 4x4s are not and will never be a high performance vehicle , they are offroad vehicles and most of the time are operated at low speeds as designed. At least they are if you have common sense
Leave Nebraska and find some wide open desert to play in. H/P matters in the desert.
