Nov 1 Update - 2022 order confirmation email from Ford

I finally got thru to Ford customer service and was told that it is the dealer that changes priority code from 99. No email from Ford and my order on my Ford account says contact dealer.

I was told it is being escalated but could take a week.

yes dealer has gotten and processed your order, should be in Ford's hands now to decide your build fate.

If your priority code is 10-19 and your order was updated on your Ford account with specifics for your build you should be okay.

Well since I am a later reservation, (the second time around…..11/02/20)
and put My order in
March 18th 2021. i’m happy at least that I got some progress! Didn’t get the email confirmation yet From Ford.com…. just the generic “ordering 2022 Bronco with dealer” …. but I did talk to Bronco support, and got an actual person after 45 minutes! and she was able to look up that it was
“in processing” and send me a note at least!!!!

so……at least FORD GOT my order in for the new 22, on Fords End……in addition to my dealers putting it in at store and printing me a “DORA” report!

Now…….I can breathe and just freaking wait forever!!!!

Just a note; that order form you posted above is not a DORA, it is an "Order Summary". Did you actually get a DORA from the Dealer a few days after your re-order? I did my re-order on the 19th and still have not received my DORA. DORA is " Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement" It contains coding for every package.

Yup, I've got priority code 10 and my order page is showing the new color, etc.

edit: Apparently it's also the order summary my dealer sent me and not the DORA, as in the post quoted above me.

Just an FYI that I emailed my dealer with a small add-on to my build (floor liners) and they sent me an email back saying it was done. Went to the Ford link provided in this thread and sure enough the order was updated with the new item. The picture is also now updated to my current build. (Cactus Gray Black Diamond vs. orginial Race Red Wildtrak)

I put in a fresh order for 22 on 10/13. My dealer said he’s thinking I would get an email in 7-10 days and I’m still waiting.

I just placed my order and signed my documents for my 2022 Bronco after the shitshow that went on with that. I'll report back when I get my email.

The Bronco Specialist was submitting the order tonight or tomorrow.

I got two emails, one with the "fancy" graphics which had the wrong motor & trans, dealer revised it all & re submitted it - got another email from Ford a couple hours later that said:

"Your Bronco Order Has Been Updated. Your order has been updated for your 2022 Ford Bronco. If you have nay questions about this update please contact your dealer or click here to access out customer support options..."
So I am OK for now I assume.

Curious if everyone got this at the bottom of the order confirmed email from Ford about being "one of the early orders"? Trying to see if there's any meaning to it or if they sent that with everyone who converted an order.
