Got this last Tuesday, 10/18. My original order date was 3/2/21.

The day after I updated my order with the dealer, I received a “your order has been updated” email from Ford. I never received an email from Ford stating that my order has been “confirmed “. When I log into my Ford account, I see the generic page stating “ordering with dealer” and it states 2022. Should I be worried that my account page doesn’t show a page like yours?

I would call your dealer and make sure they've placed your order.

Nope..... Not the same. My "10" will get built before your '19" if you ignore reservation numbers. Since Ford started doing reservations, priority codes don't mean much

I'm a weird situation anyways-I have it at 10 and had a reservation for my 2021MY I originally ordered. Plus apparently Ford is taking care of it at corp, so it might go into the special reservation numbers Ford can only do?

I talked with my dealer about 20 minutes ago and confirmed my updated order from 21 to 22. I received two emails from Ford about 5 minutes later confirming the changes. I'm pretty sure you get the email when they submit it in the system. If you get the email a few days later, I think it's because your dealer waited to input it. Why? I don't know. Ask him.

I've gone to that page using my reservation number and everything is correct for my 2022 order. I don't have a green checkmark on Step #2 ("Place Order") though... it says In Progress underneath it.

And STILL no confirmation email from Ford nine days after placing my order.

Sounds like your dealer needs to do something on their end. Mine needed to talk to a Ford rep Bronco specialist before figuring out how to correctly enter the order.

I’ve never received the email, but I have my DORA (code 19) and a Ford CS agent says my order is in the system ready to be scheduled when available.

So I'm a July 14 reservation holder who did not get my 21 order filled. I sent my 22 build order to my dealer last Monday (Oct 18th) and he emailed me back the order summary to verify it. Everything looked good so he entered the order.

My question is that I have not received an order confirmation email from Ford yet on my 22 order (a week later)? I asked my dealer about it last Friday and he said Ford's system is probably bogged down with orders right now but I would get an email soon. Has anyone else had problems getting their 22 Ford confirmation email?

I got my confirmation from Ford. I’m in the same boat having ordered a 2-door model. 15 months and still waiting..

Just a note; that order form you posted above is not a DORA, it is an "Order Summary". Did you actually get a DORA from the Dealer a few days after your re-order? I did my re-order on the 19th and still have not received my DORA. DORA is " Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement" It contains coding for every package.

So I’m confused as well, just trying to make sure everything is squared away. I received a “Your vehicle order has been updated” email from Ford after I updated the build sheet with my dealer. Below is what I see at the order info website. There is a green checkmark next to “Order Accepted By Dealer” but step 2 at the top “Place Order” says “In Progress”. Is there another step the dealer needs to do to move things forward or is everything good to proceed? Thanks

This is the “order has been updated email” the one with the nonsense about being an early 22 order is on the confirmation email after you scroll down past the specs about your order.
Odd thing about mine is I received the confirmation email at 12:55am and then at 6:55pm that day I received the updated one. I’ll be checking tomorrow what the fuck the dealer did. Asshole better not have 99 me again.

Mine is the exact same. "In Progress" but all the information is correct. I called Ford and spoke to a rep over the phone and she verified everything is good to go on their end and I should eventually get the Ford email confirmation.
