Don’t worry about the discrepancy in the configurator. These guys are considered rock stars. Sorry for the reference if you are new here. Let’s just say It’s better than it used to be!

ordered 9/30
OBX, Shadow Black, 2.3, Lux, Non-Sas, Hard Top

I’m super excited! It’s my first time purchasing a car :) My only question, with those who have hard top broncos (or jeeps) do you take the top/door off often, or do you find yourself not utilizing that capability? Keep in mind I probably will never go off road haha

Congrats, did you order the rear locker? If not do so. I have yet to remove the doors, remove the front sections of the roof all the time.

Do they have a limited slip rear diff if not ordered with a locker? I’ve always thought it was pretty silly that all 4wd vehicles didn’t come with at least a limited slip rear diff. Even my AWD Explorer had a limited slip rear diff. Seen a few 4wd pickups stuck on the beach with the right rear and left front buried.

Ordered 8/16/23 - my salesdude has checked with Ford a couple of times, but no further updates beyond the confirmation email I got a few hours after placing the order.

2 Dr. non-SAS Badlands, 2.3 & 7 MT. Eruption green
Mid package, towing, body armor - molded corner protection
Block heater, hardtop with insulation, carpets, and cargo area protector
Secure lug nuts, and front license plate bracket

My Dad has a 2 Dr. Wildtrak SAS that I have very much enjoyed driving in the meantime, especially after the Ford Performance tune. The transmission *definitely* shifts more smoothly, and there's a little more urgency from the 2.7L.

Can't wait for my own to arrive, though!

No, it has an open diff if ordered without and it comes with 3.73 gearing (the same gearing as the Base with 30" tires). Getting the rear locker ($800) also gets you 4.27 gearing, which would be great if you're ever go with bigger tires.

I didn’t realize a locker with 4.27 gearing could be ordered on a lower version. One reason I ordered a Black Diamond was to get the 4.46 and rear locker (I would have been happy with a limited slip). I also didn’t want cloth seats.

It wasn't offered on the Base, had to jump to the Big Bend. I would've been happy with a limited slip also.

I want to order a Bronco (Badlands, SAS, 4-door, manual, lux, hardtop), but I don't want to take delivery of it until the middle of next year. I'm thinking it's probably best to wait until next year to order.

What's the wait y'alls salesmen are telling you? Wondering if it would be wise to order now if the wait is gonna be like 9 months.

Placed my order in March for a 2023. Just got a email stating my order for a 2024 is confirmed. I read they dont do price protection any more but dealers can offere you the original price you placed the order on?

Does anyone have a idea what's up with that. I know they are making several changes to the 2024 model year and the color I ordered is also no longer available.

That said I felt it was overpriced back in March and now the same build (minus colors) went from 83400 now its 91730. If I cant get the original price im gonna pass. Its not worth that much to me and used ones are dropping to the low 80s if I decided I want one again.
