Finally found a better overhead photo, and in this i've drawn where your arm would reasonably go for the driver (red hand, arm and shoulder) and where beverage bottles will sit (blue balls).

I had supposed the shifter was off-center slightly, so it's looking like the best type of beverages will be a pair of taller water bottles with narrow neck, or perhaps 32oz Big Gulps of Black-Ops Code Red that have flat tops and tall straws.

Would you say thats about average size?

Even in the ATX Bronco Nation said it will be difficult to fit 2 "large" cup next to eachother in the Bronco w/o they touching. Is the placement different in the MTX? Will something that trivial stop you from buying a Bronco anyways? We all make sacrafices somewhere. But do people really need a 32oz of soda? It's disgusting how much sugar that has
I can't believe this thread has devolved into soda police.

I think I figured out your problem. You are shifting with your third leg.

They addressed this in a video I think, not sure, but there was plenty of room for his arm to hover over the drink. There's no way that would have gotten past a panel of millennials during the design stage.
That would suggest millennials can drive a stick.

Thankfully most of my "peers" can't, ensures I don't have to worry about my beast being stolen

Blue balls...indicative of what would happen if I disregarded the boss' demands for an AT and got MT instead. ?

Maybe Ford will provide one since the MGV is missing 2 cup holders that the leather has in the rear middle seat
What rear middle seat? ;)

Looks like you should be in the clear for most drink sizes.
Wait... are you seriously both on-topic and helpful right now? You and @Rick Astley need an intervention, man.

That there is the book I would have rather been reading, instead of If You Give a Mouse a Cupcake (or whatever it was)
I believe the title is, "When You Give a Mouse a Decon"

Yeti’s and twelve ounce beverages in coozies will work perfect. No problem in my opinion. I suppose a 1/2 keg won’t fit either. Maybe you should hang a camelback on the Molle!

Now the camelback idea is innovative!

Some older ones can, and they need a place for their Starbucks with that whipped cream bubble lid
