Any thoughts on the aftermarket tow hitch receivers sold by amazon? Being off brand are they safe to use? Only around $100

It was $109 on Amazon last week when I ordered, so I went with NAPA to save $5. I generally do Amazon.

If you get the harness, just know that there is a different harness, for the LED tail lights vs the standard tail lights.

I ordered this one off the Ford Accessories Website and prepaid for the installation at a dealership because I've been told it is a Pain in the Butt to wire up, you have to take panels off, etc....Seemed worth it to me.

The reason I got this particular one is that I don't have to take the bumper off to install it. Just reverse the bolts.

Makes sense to me. I didn't think about that, just bought the one that looked the most like Ford's. I figure that they are all made in the same place.

I got the Snailfly one. I don’t see how anyone installs any of them properly without removing the bumper. My torque wrench didn’t have enough room without removing the bumper. Just blindly tightening a bolt is dangerous.
