ARB air compressor mount

Not a fan of him or his posts in any of the threads I've read tbh... I wasn't planning on buying anything from him to begin with and DEFINITELY won't be now.

After this thread I won't be buying anything from them.

I have been threatened to be sued, this is a rough estimate, about 75 times. I was only named in an actual lawsuit 3 times and was cleared in all of them.

Such a dick move to try to intimidate. Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Doesn't mean you will win. Pulling the attorney card is weak.

One could say 4x4 led got the idea of location by the first concept when ARB showed their compressor under the hood a year ago. Then they make a mount I'd say don't use the shock mount in the design and that would be hard to prove as a copy.

Well to be fair to 4x4 led, ARB never actually showed a mount but just the location they were planning.

Why don't you post your patent number so we can read the application and see how his plate infringes on your pending patent?

At best, it's a mere design patent referencing somthing from decades ago that mounted a similar apparatus. They didn't invent anything.

Heh, I get stacks of those anyway. If only a certain someone was aware of what profession I operate in. I'll give out a hint, it involves big buildings where people go to see men in dresses make rulings.
