Extra should be given to day 1 reservation holders who ordered a MY2021 2 door with a MOD top, then had to change to MIC top, and then were pushed to MY2022.

I think most customers would appreciate a $200 credit towards accessories than swag.

Rumor is that FoMoCo is still using those horrible 2-piece lug nuts, so I will probably be buying some replacement lug nuts anyway. Also a set of wheel locks.

Knock $200 off the price of a hitch install. I don't need a hitch, but could use one, and between constraints and "not available on your trim" a lot of folks will be wanting to add a hitch.

Some customers would appreciate four oil changes. (plus it gets them back in the dealership) My dealer isn't actually that close to me, but is close to work. Some folks are buying from dealers considerably far away from them though.

I think any general manager who gave themselves their dealership’s priority order should be the one in the dunk tank.

Offer several different things your customers can choose from. Example:
Free tint job, or free paint protection film on hood, or free first 4 oil changes.

I think a local dealer used it to buy a First Edition. They are giving us the “privilege” of buying it for $8,000 over msrp. I was told they “got” one because of their excellent customer satisfaction. They only had one and it was going to first customer to say yes. Sounded fishy when they told me, now it just smells bad.

My preference is give me ability to select between 2 or 3 things: Swag, discount on accessories or oil change coupons. The key is to let me select what fits best for my situation. Kudos for sharing it with your customers!
