Auto Stop Eliminator was the first "mod" I bought. I hate AS/S. I couldn't rip the dash open to install it fast enough.

Interestingly, the EPA has never mandated or even recommended auto-start-stop.
Not a "mandate", but you better make these fuel economy numbers, wink, wink....
EPA did mandate (which is the right word) ASS specifically. Obfuscating by calling the fees they would charge manufacturers for not implementing ASS “credits” is to throw off gullible journalists

I'll bet the answer is no. Because the next EPA chief will likely bring it back. Not to mention other countries still require it.

Hit the button on the dash. It's pretty simple. It is now a part of the start-up routine for us in the Bronco and her Expedition.
That is always such a lame answer. Hit the button on the dash like everyone else. But why? It's the dumbest thing ever invented. Why not bypass it? It is the easiest thing in the world to do. Cheap, easy and reliable.
