Did you wire your 3 Running lights (in the grill) directly into the existing running lights? So they are always on or at least at night?I'm sure I'll change this up a bit later on but currently mine is:
1. rear chase bar
2. front light bar
3. ditch lights
4, 5 and 6 currently work different functions of my fog lights (off-road, back light only, fogs only)
You can tap into the marker lights as well. Then they only come on when it is dark or the head lights are switched on.Did you wire your 3 Running lights (in the grill) directly into the existing running lights? So they are always on or at least at night?
Do you have a how-to on that (if you did)
TY!!
@NoloBronco - That was part of why I began this thread!Thank you @lil_mule_4x4
I had the winch and air compressor wired up to the Aux switches at one time but took them back to the original method of switches to reserve my Aux switches.
Cool, do u know the best place to do that? You can tap into the marker lights as well. Then they only come on when it is dark or the head lights are switched on.
Yeah, I have changed it up more than I care to mention. Had to add wire to my Aux wires.@NoloBronco - That was part of why I began this thread!
I tapped into the wiring harness behind the head light. Had to remove the headlight to access. I honestly do not remember the color of wire. I believe it was green but I would confirm. I figured it out on the forum and can not find the thread now to send to you. As for the amps, I do not have a clue but would assume you are safe as I am running the raptor/marker lights in the grill, back lights for BD LP6’s and LP4’s and a light that is build into my winch all off of this tap.Cool, do u know the best place to do that?
And what the volts & amps are of the markers so I can check if my LEDs are compatible
