All things considered the sway bar or whatever for calls it might be worth getting the Bad Lands and maybe add the Sasquatch

I think calling the Badlands a baby Squatch is a little insulting to the Badlands.

There is only one Baby Bronco/baby Sasq and it is no other than

this

Cutie

Pie

I will take a Suzuki. Being a former owner of a rocked out Samurai with the stock engine it performed and easily hung with the Jeeps and sometimes out performed them too.

How so....Not asking to be a smart ass. Do you think then that open diffs in 4H would be better? I'll probably never see rocks or conditions that need a full locker, but will spend a couple months out of the year in slush.
Among other cars, I drove a Ford Escort during Chicago winters. So you might be overthinking what is required for slush. Buy it for the open top and color you like and call it a day.

I would option the Baby Squatch (unique BL suspension) if it was available on other trims. Doesn't have to include the SBD either. Especially if it was half the price of the Sasquatch. I would prefer 33" A/T's anyway.

I'd prefer the Miss Sasquatch package. I don't want fake beadlocks or 35'' tires, but do want everything else.

I don't want a BL because I don't want the disco, vinyl seats, goat modes, or really about 8K of the 10k difference between base/Sasquatch and a BL.

Shamelessly stolen from another thread.
Ford Bronco Baby Squatch ? samimar6
LOL , I've been searching for a golf cart or side by side ATV for the wife to get around the property a little easier and you can find these smart cars in pretty good shape for around 3k . Some have the roofs cut off for around $1500-2500 . This setup would fit right in beside the Squatch :)

I honestly don't know where you are drawing that assumption. 90 percent of offroad driving has more to do with driver experience than it does what equipment you are using. Lol I think there is even a video of a Crown Victoria driving Hell's Revenge at Moab. The only capability that the Base doesn't have that the Badlands does is 10mm of wheel travel, two GOAT modes, (can be compensated for with experienced driving) and the SB disconnect. You can still option rails and bumpers on the Base so I'm not counting those. The right vehicle in the right hands can do things some would think is impossible.

Which LSD???
My thought would be 235/85R16 or a touch wider and taller 255/75R17, or something in that range of a tire/wheel combo. Torsen LSD rear-end with an open M210 front. 4.27 gearing.

Anyone have any thoughts?
Just dont think the lsd is worth it, 4hi will be all he needs.

Unless you buy a Badlands, then you have a mini-squatch.
Disagree, I just don't like the term, and make the Badlands sound cheap and less capable...
Would you call the Badlands w/Sasquatch something more because it has the Disco? Mega-Squatch? Max-Squatch?
