Unless it raises up like a Jeep. I never bothered to look at the CHMSL on the Bronco.

And not much with the locker engaged. Nothing a change in tire pressure couldn't make up for ;)

For those of us trying to learn, how do flat control arms contribute to better on road handling?

Are you saying you may not need a long arm kit for say a 2 inch lift with flat control arms?

If a long control are kit comes out, what will that do to on road handling?

Are the control arms so flat stock to allow for the suspension to move downward? I am unfamiliar with IFS, but it seems like if you start to lift it and get a steeper angle, you lose downward mobility, but the suspension can still cycle up.

You plan on waiting for the aftermarket or fabricating your own spacers? Something like this would be easy to fabricate:
Ford Bronco Best way to get 37" and a 2-3" lift? 1604607971888

I might go this route or draw one up in acad and send off to cnc shop to be milled out of billet.

Do we know how much of the front suspension components are actually shared with the Ranger? It may not take long for the aftermarket if they use the same parts, or a Ranger kit could possibly be adapted for the front (yes, I know a Ranger uses leaf springs in the back that's why I said front)

Here is a thread dedicated to chassis and suspension pics. The control arms look flat where I think you can get away with a 1" spacer in the front and not worry about it. No real good shot of the front axles however.
