Black Ford Oval Emblems

Anyone other options for purchasing a black oval?

Emblem City is quality, but they just jumped prices to absurd levels. BNF is the same but strictly custom.

I used the part number that you gave. A quick Google search took me to EBAY. The part number is the same as the one used on the Escort. Lists for $40... $5.50 to ship it... $6 rebate = $39.50, plus tax in your state. Too easy to figure this one out!

I think he wants a one that has been painted black...Black ones are running $150 or so. At $150, I would give it a try on my own.

I think I got an emblem city one off Ebay about 6 months ago. The quality of a custom painted one with the matte and gloss is pretty nice. No pealing or issues. Expensive but worth it. Also, got the Bad Bronco skeleton emblem for the back before Ford shut them down.

@StickerFab has a solution that’s not $40. I did it and it turned out great.

Side note was going to take the letters off the grill and paint a bunch of stuff but @Lifeliberty found the B R O N C O overlay on eBay.

Got it in and installed the gloss black today, super nice! Covers the complete letter. Saved me a ton of time trying to disassemble, and I may paint them at a later date to match eg.

The overlay looks great. I had my bumper painted shadow black to match and then just had them paint the letters Matte black to stand out a bit. $400 to have it professionally painted and then had them PPF the Grille when the did the hood, front pillar and front fenders.

I bought a second set in red. I wonder how difficult it may be to remove the letter covers to swap. They seem to be on there pretty good
