Hello can you answer me this question, I ordered my bronco with my dealer here in Canada on January 20th, my dealer said they submitted my order, I have a build sheet with priority codes, but I didn’t get an email from Ford that my order is confirmed, does that mean anything?I thought this would be some interesting data we'd pass along from a Ford dealer located in Granger, Iowa. This is a sample size of early reservation holders of a few hundred total.
53% of Converted for 2021 Model Year Broncos
25% Cancelled or will not respond to email/phone call on multiple attempts.
11% are opting for a 2022 Model year reservation
11% Order In-Process debating trims, 22 vs 21 MY, etc.
My initial guess was that 40% of overall orders would convert. That could still hold true as these numbers of this sample size are well within the July timeframe and all within the first week of reservations. The farther you are removed I would anticipate a longer delivery estimate and a higher fallout rate. I'm not sure how well our sample size is indicative of the overall dealer body.

Similar situation, my build sheet doesn't match my ford.com account. Initial entry was incorrect but he has since made the correction. The dealer has assured me that it is in the system correct and I have the build sheet in hand with everything right. Not sure why my ford.com still has the old build.Hello can you answer me this question, I ordered my bronco with my dealer here in Canada on January 20th, my dealer said they submitted my order, I have a build sheet with priority codes, but I didn’t get an email from Ford that my order is confirmed, does that mean anything?
I’m the same , I reserved a base model but it is not updated to the badlands when I log in to my Ford account.Similar situation, my build sheet doesn't match my ford.com account. Hey Ryan, not trying to speak for Granger by any means but I believe even being an October Res holder they will contact you to convert your res to order, this will only help ensure a larger allocation for Granger. You most likely will be a MY22 but order conversions still help in the overall method of allocations..Has there been any instructions for October reservation holders? I don’t want to bother the team ordering with the question. So this group will get it. Should I patiently wait for the call (probably when MY22 order banks open) or should I contact the team and say I am MY22 (or submit an order). I want to give them the right information but don’t want to waste their time with a late October reservation right now.
Ryan, I agree with Jason. Just hang tight, I'm sure we'll get a call before the deadline. I'm in the same boat, and waiting on the call also.Has there been any instructions for October reservation holders? I don’t want to bother the team ordering with the question. I told them to text me 30 minutes prior to the call and that I preferred to be called from 8 to 9 am. Worked out perfectly.Wife and I are retired. She sits in the house watching tv all day. We normally never answer the phone, but I put her on high alert to pick up the phone when the call comes in from Granger Iowa.
Send me a PM and I'll be happy to answer them for you.For those of us indicating that we wanted a ‘22 is there any future communication expected at the moment aside from initial sending of build sheet? I had a few questions along with that response.
And of course it will be the dealerships fault and while there is bad dealerships out there this does not help the good ones when people just come in angry even when its not the dealerships fault that will be another bad reviewSo how many of the following will the dealers see...
First deliveries start to arrive in July or so. Customer comes into the showroom demanding their Bronco because they had a reservation. Dealer informs them that they tried a dozen times to contact them in February but couldn't. Customer gets very angry...
I'm pretty sure I know who this guy will be in my town.
Of course, no one is required to accept responsibility for their actions anymore. It's always someone else's fault.......So how many of the following will the dealers see...
