The Sasquatch will be a dog with 35 tires and a 2.3 4 cylinder. They will have to offer the 2.7 with a manual for that to work and I don’t see them offering the 2.7 with the 7 speed.
But....if they come up with a factory tune for 2.3 manual like the ranger 2.3 auto, that would be 320hp / 355 lb torque. They really should tweak the engine before the fall with this spec and charge a little more. I would get this.

Back to the sasquatch / not with a MT, Ford does realize many people want a badlands MT and will want to put 35's or 37's on it. I hope right?
Tires and wheels is easy. Getting front and rear lockers oem is the key. Which made Sasquatch so good!

The Jeep moves out with there 2.0. Even with 35/37 Jeep people love it! It has similar specs to the 2.3.
With a tune it’s seeing 330hp and 450tq. That’s killer!

It's to bad ford won't offer a real engine like the 3.0 3.5 or a coyote
Don’t want the 3.0/3.5. Want the v8! 5.0 or 7.3.

Not sure about that. At this point, we have no idea what the curb weight will be. True, big tires add a lot of unsprung weight, but they can just offer it in the 2 door, which shouldn't be much more than 4000lbs. 310 lb ft of torque and revised gearing should get those big boys around. Many guys run a Wrangler manual with an engine with less HP and torque.

If you're off-roader was meant to go fast, wouldn't be shaped like a damn brick. old, but true statement.

Although I'm opting for the 2.7 on the 2 door, I won't be flying through any trails, just creeping along. Makes the experience linger longer. :)

True I could possibly see the 2.3 working adequately in the 2 door
