Yeah, really I just need any solution that drops the antenna height to the same height as the top of the roof rails which on the non-Sasquatch Bronco Badlands is 77.3''. So far stubby antenna, bending back the antenna with the loop thingie CB-style seem to be possible options. I had a Ford Fiesta ST that had a stubby roofmounted antenna and that seemed to work fine but my experience is limited to that car.

So.. I read online that the stubby antennas really kill your reception. While this might not be a big deal to some I tend to like to listen to my local stations for sports radio. My current Ford explorer has the following antenna on the top and the reception works fine. I wonder if you'd be able to use one of these on the new Broncos.

You listen to sports radio and live in Cleveland? Is it a part time station? College radio?

Us Eagles fans are a quiet bunch at the moment. No one in the NFC east should have a thing to say.

I didn't know jeeps were into fly fishing.
Flies have tiny mouths, you must need a magnifying glass and tweezers to bait those hooks.

It is likely that the "whip" (wire) part of the antenna will be removeable. The FIRST thing that I would recommend is removing it cut off enough such that the tip is ~1" above your roof rails. This solves two problems. 1) You can now easily go in and out of your garage at home; and 2) it can now serve as a guide if you ever enter a public parking garage. If the antenna starts to scrape, you know you may be in trouble and if it fits, you know you'll be fine.

The oem antenna is a 1/2 wave, a short rubber 'Duckie' is a 1/4 wave, 50% less signal resolution. If you want to go with a shorter antenna I would suggest an amplified 'sharkfin' or amplified rubber duckie. Most modern radio heads have a 'powered antenna' output for this.

you have had a super bowl recently. That’s something in my book for sure.
It's been a roller coaster.
I took my son the the Super Bowl parade. Most school districts made it an excused day.

good thing it was during a covid free year too! Got to celebrate in style. If the browns ever win it all the city will burn down so school will be off regardless ?
