Looks amazing! We got the new billet aluminum rear arms installed on the Bronco Raptor today. Looks great and works awesome. Check it out. Get your orders in now to get some of the first batch of production parts.
Is there room to reverse the bolt when you reinstall it? Or is it the way it is to prevent it from falling out?yea we do Raptor leaf springs and Gen 3 arms all the time. The differnce in the bronco is where the nut is on the other side of the mount you cant put the bolt in the opposite way. Only way to remove or install the bolt is without the tank in the way. A bit of a pain in the neck but not too bad. we have it down where we can drop the tank in like 10-15 minutes now.
yes, already in the works. need a week or two and will have that done. They are a little tricky due to the shape of the arm where it has to clear the sheet metal in the fender well on the front side by the sensor mount. But straight answer yes in the works and coming soon.Any chance you will be making upper control arms in billet for the front anytime soon?
Full kit info here. or you can also by just lowers or just uppers separately on the site too.Thank you for the new product, what is the cost of these Billet parts.
no the fuel tank traps the bolt on the front and the back is dead end into the frame. These still have the fuel tank out but you can see the upper mount and the fuel tank comes right up next to that mount and bolt when installed. so no way to flip the bolt over.Is there room to reverse the bolt when you reinstall it? Or is it the way it is to prevent it from falling out?

These area but we also make the same kit for the regular bronco and the gen 3 raptor and a few other vehicles. let us know what you needi assume these are bronco raptor specific?
a delrin bushing wont work in this application. too much rotation restriction with that. it would bind up. the arms are at an angle from the frame to the rear axle.need a delrin bushing options.
the aluminum arm wont rust, and you can get the arms anodized in colors or clear anodize on the raw aluminum to protect that. we make all of the spacers from 17-4 stainless so those wont rust either. we use the FK 1" uniball which has a steel body but keeping a little grease on those keeps them good. the front eyes at the frame get a rubber donut on each side that keeps the arms centered but lets them flex so the front bearings are pretty sealed up too.any chance for sealed bushings of sorts? i need my bronco raptor to not be rusted from all the salt in the winter.
