Mine has the factory tow package, I still have to power run lines to the trailer?

I not sure as I added my own tow pkg, but I think the factory tow still needs those 2 wires since the brake controller is an add on anyway. Better ask someone that knows for sure though, lol.

Longbed square body frame.. 8 foot trailer.. not nearly enough tounge weight..

Wasn't fun, but had to be done. 400 bucks for a rust free half century old truck frame? yes please. Saves me a lot of labor

I’ve only pulled my 16’ utility trailer empty. It did well and handled great. Sold it last week and bought a 5.5x10’. Even better

No additional wiring required to be run to the trailer, if you have factory tow.

Pulled this out of a field with the help of a manual Jeep, after we recovered the truck.
It's not even really on there - I only had a 2" ball and that's a 2-5/16" hitch - but it was good enough to get it free.
