It makes them happy to do it, and takes so little effort to take it off and give it to a friends kids. While I wont be doing it myself, I don't begrudge them joy. Or, since it bugs people I will post pictures of the bucks I receive!

Edited to add, I qualify as a Grumpy old Veteran, I do what I want.

Man, I can't believe this is on 13 pages. I mean, someone is nice enough to pay a compliment to your vehicle and all you can do is bit*ch about it. OMG, the little rubber duck or horse might scratch your precious vehicle. Do you actually ever take your Bronco off road? If you don't like what they leave find the nearest garbage can and move on with your life.

I don't have an explanation for this, but now, somehow, B II's have a Cool Factor also.

I'm still coming to terms with this, as all I can recall when they are mentioned is, our Asst. Principle in High School had one ... and of course he was quite the dork.

Dilute doesn't seem like it fits a 4 door

4 door Concentrate
Dilute =2 door
The only way a 4dr could conceivably be considered more concentrated is the amount of Bronco weight applied to the ground via the common denominator of four tires, but by that metric, Bronco concentration would only be a factor of gross weight which is a slippery slope. This would lead to the belief that overweight and overloaded Broncos are the ideal Bronco configuration, which is antithetical to Bronco capability. Therefore, a 4dr must be considered the adulterated iteration of the Bronco.

Bugkillah highlights this point in his post by initially placing the blame for Jeep's downfall by mothers of soccer playing children buying 4dr Jeeps. It alludes to the theory that additional Jeep doors ultimately brought about the destruction of the hallowed Jeep culture by acting as a gateway drug to the unwashed masses. Coincidentally, the escalation hypothesis that gateway drug theory is based upon also predicts that organisms which have the least escalation in evolutionary adaptation will be the most likely to survive mass extinctions. Therefore, the 2dr will be more likely to survive conditions where a 4dr cannot, because it is an unadulterated and undiluted Bronco. Taking the extra doors off will not save you from this inevitablility, it's far too late for that. We will mourn your kind's extinction and someday exhume your fossilized remains to be displayed in a natural history museum for all to remember what once was.

That is sad
But it comes to pass you being the Curator could the display be in a rocky wooded location. Maybe with a stream would be nice.

Any found at a Mall or with rubber bands for tires just let them lay, for they have lost there way.

Oh and no Ducks in display!!!
Maybe a goat or Sasquash would be nice.

Only some Bronco owners would be able to use these.

Ha, you'll never reach my bronco now that I've implemented all my antiduck measures including:
Electrified door handles
Concertina wire
Anti-ducker personnel mines
And guard dog

Sure I have to park on the other end of lot and I have to carry all this stuff, thankfully I have a four door, but it's all worth it in the end.

Messing with someone else’s stuff is not a compliment. Keep your hands and your stuff to yourself. Very simple stuff here.

I came out of Menards the other day and found a little pony, small beaded strap, and a card on a metal keychain hanging from my door handle. In addition to this mess was a small rubber duck shoved between the handle and door. I was bucked and ducked.
I truly don’t understand the fascination with this trend, but to each their own. However, I prefer that I was left out of this nonsense. I’m the type of person who parks at the far end of the parking lot away from all others to reduce the risk of others coming close to my vehicles. And, I definitely didn’t appreciate the metal key chain swinging in the wind against my paint or the scuff mark left on the paint from shoving the thing between the door handle and door.
I realize people have strong opinions about bucking and I’m not posting to spark another debate. I just want to know if there is some type of universal symbol or sticker I could place on my window that tells everyone that I don’t want to be part of this trend and to keep their trinkets for someone who may actually appreciate them. Any thoughts?
After 13 pages do you understand?
Oh look 14
