Bucking on Acceleration

I have had this same problem since very early on, 7mt 2021 badlands. Was a very mild/intermittent occurance seeming to happen mostly when cold, ie. am driving out of neighborhood.
Much worse recently, going to take it to dealer, but it is throwing codes and errors, a key cycle seems to clear/reset and sometimes pops right back up sometimes not. I mentioned it to a dealer a year or two ago, couldnt replicate. I always figured related to the box or rocks noise in the manual tranny that i cant seem to get addressed.

errors shown now when it happens:
"Check 4x4"
"Hill Descent Control Fault"
"Park Brake Limited Function Service Required"
"Precollision assist not available"

Engine Codes
P033F - Crankshaft/camshaft loss of synchronization
P061c- Internal Control Module Engine RPM Performance
P06A6- Sensor Reference Voltage A Circuit Range/
P2122- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D Circuit Low Input

oh I forgot. got my (2?) synchros replaced in my 2021 MT Bronco by Ford for free. noise is gone and definately shifts smoother.
this is a BIG job FWIW.

will get rid of the "Park Brake Limited Function Service Required"
issue. Done for free by Ford. Had this done on my Bronco and even supplied the Ford dealer with the Ford PN for the new hose (sorry, don't have the PN handy). They ordered it and replaced the old hose the next day. They should know about this issue.

I’ve had this exact same problem on my 21 7mt. I can get it to duplicate almost every time as I know the conditions that it acts up. After a hot soak, let it sit till the engine oil temp is in the 120-145 degree range, and it will buck and jerk everytime. I have went to 2 different dealers, explained in great detail the conditions for it to act up, and after a month of them looking at it I get the classic “we can’t duplicate the concern!” I’m glad I have the ability to repair most anything on my vehicles, because if I had to rely on the dealership after the warranty period I would be screwed! About all the dealerships around me have been bought out by a huge conglomerate and they are an absolute joke.

No, I’m assuming it’s a problem in the stock programming in the ecm as there are countless issues noted on forums. I’ve read on one thread that the performance tune from ford took care of the problem but I can’t justify the cost for me personally. I’ve just learned to live with it honestly.

That SSM doesn't apply. It doesn't have the correct DTC attached to it. Not to mention the "park brake limited function service required" messaged can illuminate for a number of different reasons.

My issue happened a while back. Don't remember if I read a code. Don't remember if the money light came on. Just remember a new hose fixed the problem.
But by all means, do whatever you want. I often wonder why a new hose was produced by Ford. Just to keep the service department busy I guess.
