Time is money. (Remember your car payment and mortgage?)
They would have had to borrow prime rate money to drag this out. Instead, they are using yours. Look at how much each of you have saved them.

Assuming 100 orders and 80% wanted "Premium", 20% "Plain", they saved at least $85,600 on the $591,000 you gave them. That's better than a Go Fund Me page.

What would be the right thing to do at this point?
Refund everybody's money, with interest. When the deliverable product is in stock, they can show pictures and announce it's availability.

But they probably don't have the cash flow to do it.
Thus the "my dog ate my homework" responses.

For those who donated, I feel your frustration.
Waiting is to their benefit. Maybe it's time to take some action?

The 100% deposit on something that wasn't ready yet was a huge red flag to me. It's a shame so many let their desire for a better hard top over ride their common sense. At this point demanding a refund is the only option as being a hold out is foolish. It certainly looks like it's time for legal action.

I have been following the ADV hardtop discussion since the beginning. After two years you all having paid in full, it is ridiculous that no hardtops have yet been produced. If they genuinely cared about their customers, they would be present in this forum, answering questions and providing updates to their paying customers. This situation raises several red flags. I am sorry you all are having to deal with this. I would seek a refund as soon as possible.

I bet only 1% of their customers are on B6G. There’s plenty of others that have no idea what’s going on.

All I can say is.... I have AFC's ram air hood and 8/1 fenders installed. Both were seperate orders. Shipment n delivery were as scheduled, the packaging was very good.

My only complaint was they were a little pricey. They do good work....

I'm currently waiting on parts from Wicked since the end of Oct. 2023 and still have not shipped, they came back from powder coating the end of December. What's the delay....(?)

C'mon Man, they told you upfront. It's Advanced Fiberglass CONCEPTS. Did you think you were buying an actual hardtop ?
You bought into the dream. They're selling the idea of a hardtop, not the actual product

after all the shit i went through i called up Turn Offroad and hopped on the waiting list. the guy apoligized FOR AFC and told me he requires no money down until a week or two before shipping. He only has one mold at the moment and the wait list is till september but hes getting more molds and if he does itll be june or july

Some folks aren’t in as big of a rush. Some are holding out for a one piece top. Some have hope that the delays are behind them.
