I remember having to zip tie my 1992 Bronco's driver side dashboard, to whatever solid I could find in there, due to the molded plastic mounting parts getting brittle & snapping off. The dash would shake like hell when off-roading, or riding on gravel roads. I bought a bunch of 12" zip ties & applied wherever needed!

I wouldn't expect vents to fall off of a $70K truck or a $31K truck (like mine!). Knock on wood (or cheap plastic), I've had good l luck with my build quality and am complete content with my purchase.

I want to upgrade my seats to some nice aftermarket ones but can't figure out a work around for the airbag seat sensor.
For these - You actually need to delete the in-seat airbag.
but.... thats ok, you still have the curtians!

My money is on a yahoo at the dealership slapping stuff around on your Bronco before you picked it up? Mine arrived at the dealership with the drivers side mirror glass smashed & the electric emergency brake handle broken! :poop:

I still kick myself for letting my wife talk me into the BB (Mid) and Cactus grey. My original order was a Black BaseSquatch for 44K.

Oh, and the interior quality is bad, but that’s old news now.

What caused the plastic tabs to snap off ? Me thinks there is more to this story than the trim just up and jumped into the floorboard, LOL.

I have purchased 4 new Fords in last 2 years . Maverick Lariat, BS OBX, BS Heritage and a 4dr 6G Badlands. And 1 MAV on order, so 5 total. I will say the plastic in the Bronco and Maverick is crap. I wouldn’t be happy if I purchased a base or XL. The BSports seem to hold up better for some reason. My 2017 Ford work van plastics are very durable. Over all I’m very happy with the Bronco. Most vehicles are over priced. I would say this is my last Bronco. Too much too fast.

You need to remember one thing:

YOU BOUGHT A BASE - WITH TECH LAYERED IN TO GET YOU UP TO THE "$70k"

You DID NOT buy a new Defender, or Lexus :ROFLMAO:
^ this is absolutely the best description ever of the 6G Bronco lineup!!!

Well done.

$31,500 base with a few mods. Best value vehicle I've purchased in years. Maverick XLT AWD work truck for $28,000 is a close second.

Me too. I don't know how some of you afford even 50- 60K Broncos. The sticker was 38K when I got my reserved Basesquatch. I had to pay 2K more for "extras" like tint but I was not going to complain, I looked at it as a slight mark up and at the time Broncos were going for 5-10K over sticker. Still got it for a good price. If it was anymore than that I would have passed. This Bronco was the most I ever paid for a vehicle and I for sure won't buy new again and ever pay more than that.
I saved up for about a year, shopped around and found a dealer that wasn't tacking on non-negotiable accessories, and kept my build simple. Stock Badlands with the mod bumper, brush guard, and row your own gearbox. No way I would try to buy a new one now. Prices are unreal, not to mention the interest rates keep increasing.
