That's not necessarily true. Plenty of vehicles out there with aftermarket front mounts just like this.But those vehicles have cooling systems designed to handle the extra heat from an inter-cooler being in front of the radiator.
With as cheap as Ford has become, I wouldn't be surprised that they gave the Bronco "just" enough cooling for the stock setup.
Either way, the point is moot because there isn't an issue. But I understand the thought.
