I think I am in the same boat as foregoing the squatch. I plan to upgrade to the 4.27 and do 33’s when the time comes for new tires. My off roading will be dirt roads and fields.
Sasquatch is massive overkill for that. You could do dirt roads (even rutted roads) in an Escape. A regular Bronco will let you do those roads as fast as you dare. Sasquatch won't let you go any faster.

I've probably carried more lumber/tools/etc. in my 2010 Camry than most of these folks have put in the bed of their 60K luxury trucks.
So true.
I don't mind the $60K spent on a luxury truck, if that's your thing, but this is what kills me (and the truck, for that matter)

37s are big, 35s are perfect, 33s are for humans who pee sitting down
There's an expression for the huge tire/huge lift people. We say they are suffering from TDS.

Most of those trucks look like they've never seen a minute off-road. And they call the soccer moms posers! :ROFLMAO:

If you go with bigger tires than you need, it will affect on-road performance. It is not only a matter of correcting gearing, the moment of inertia increases with the square of the diameter and proportionally to the mass of the tire. Looking at the weight and diameter of only ‘33’s vs 32’s shows a significant increase, much less ‘35’s. Even geared equivalently the larger tires will cost braking and some combination of acceleration and mileage. As an engineer, with my intended use, 32’s will get me where I want to go, give better performance on-road and outside of highway driving with the same axle ratios, deliver better fuel economy.

If you need or desire to optimize off-road performance the bigger tires will be better, acceleration and braking don’t matter as much there.

Yep, you're an engineer ?

I had an engineer for a roommate in college. Found him at the house "putting together" a Bowflex he just bought one day. He had a 1000 parts laid out on the floor by type, all neatly organized, so I asked if he needed help. He said yes, as he carefully read the ENTIRE owner's manual.

I just sat down, looked at the big pieces, deduced what went where, what attached to what and started connecting things. My engineer roommate came unglued and asked me to leave.

Great guy and the best roommate I ever had, but just a different mindset.

35s are too big? This forum over analyzes everything. Difference between 33s and 35s is minimal. I’d opt for 37s from factory if they were available. Here’s my EB on 40s and I have zero regrets.

My off road rig. Broke the front struts, dented up the oil pan and lost 3 front tires “off roading” over the years.
33’s will be just fine ✌?

I assumed that’s what the lift/gantry at the rear was for!
Ha! could be. People up here create hunting rigs like this in their driveway. Saw one a few months ago that looked like a Duck blind welded to the frame of a Toyota Tacoma. Crazy.

SAS or 33" BL.. that is the question of the year. I've been looking for Wranglers with 35"s lately. Still keep going back and forth given it will be my DD with maybe 5% of usage being off road. Here are some examples:

These are the best pics I've seen yet with the 33s next to the 35s on the actual Bronco in the 4 door

You'll need it because that Caravan will get you maybe enough to offset the cost of the floor liners...
Um, it’s a Town and Country, so I expect to cover that AND the upgraded license plate frames.

the good year territories are not MTs so you should be good.

I understand they are multi-terrains not mud. I consider the KO2s a superior tire and Ford already puts them on Raptors.
