That was the only thing I purchased from the dealership during financing. Windshield replacement for the first 100,000 miles, just to guaranty I won't have any problems until 100,001 miles.

Think I will do the same when i pick up my MY22. might get that deflector too. simple $80-90 piece of plastic that can help prevent chipped/cracked windshields

This is a Canadian site, but at least you have the part number. Keep in mind there's various hood deflectors - This one has a small bump on the back of it, to help deflect a bit more (IMO). It's a black plastic (not see-through), and is texturized matte black look.

Well, double sided tape is used to stick to things...

I did YouTube how to install a hood deflector, and found a useful tip. Just start to peel each piece a bit, so you have a tab for every one. Then you place it on the hood where it should go, and start peeling the tabs. Looked like it worked well - I'm going to use that method when I get my Bronco.

Just some friendly advice, I would call them and talk to someone. Those windshields have to be calibrated and that is usually a dealer thing. Not saying Safelite and other glass repair businesses can't do it, but just be sure they have the glass.

The larger high volume glass shops do have the calibration technology, but it’s expensive……about $16,000 plus the training for the calibration device.
