No issues with my Broncos, both 2 doors:
‘22 BL SAS LUX 2.7 auto (24k miles)
‘24 Heritage 2.7 auto (4k miles)
Both were purchased new. I’m a very happy first time Ford owner!

New owner here. Bought a new Big Bend 2.3L, manual trans, soft top a couple weekends ago. Have put almost 500 miles on it (5 on the odo when I test drove it) so far and I love it! Everything works as it should. The engine is smooth, the trans is smooth, and carplay even stays connected to my iphone.

I lurked here on the forum for a month or so before I bought the Bronco and almost decided not to buy one due to the posts on this forum. I know folks are more likely to post when they have issues, but are any of you driving what has been a mostly issues free Bronco? It's hard to tell if the good ones outnumber the problems some times.

Here's a pic from our first weekend of driving around the Texas hill country backroads.

Have an early production (June ‘21) Big Bend with 52K+ miles and no real issues. Side mirrors ‘whistled’ at 50+mph, but wrapping the plastic seam with black vinyl fixed that. No other issues. One of my favorite cars ever owned.

I have a 24 4dr Heritage 2.7. The vehicle is fine, but the radio is a joke. This is my first Ford with Sync 4 all my other vehicle were Sync 3. This is absolutely the worst radio I have ever had. The SiriusXM radio is constantly “searching for signal” and I have to re-send the signal at least once per day. I live in the Phoenix area and we rarely have one cloud in the sky. The radio will go blank sometimes and won’t come back on until I restart the car. The day/night display works occasionally, but most of the time not. These are not isolated occurrences either, these issues I experience every time I drive the car. This is the latest version of Stink, so what is Ford doing? They are getting worse instead of better.

Most of them are good to go. Remember the people that post, have issues to report, therefor that's all you hear about.
Thousands of times a day people drive their Bronco and have nothing to report.

I had my drivers side cargo net get stretched out by a bottle of sunblock replaced. Otherwise its been maintenance/recalls at the dealership.

Sync acts up once in a while, but nothing a reset doesn't take care of.

But it does eat windshields-I've had two replaced in 2 1/2 years with almost 19000 miles on it 😡

Minor electrical gremlin
A little window whistle during cold months
Modem crapped out (fixed under warranty)
Steering wheel hub airbag seam separation (fixed under warranty)

I think that's it. All are generally minor in my mind. Not nearly enough to give me any kind of negative view.

Are these Broncos relatively expensive? Yes.
Did I know Broncos are somewhat overpriced and went in NOT expecting luxury auto fit and finish quality? Also yes.

So generally I've been very happy with it.

The steering rack was replaced at 30K, under warranty. The thing about that; It made a low audible clunking sound at full travel when turning to the drivers side. It sounded to me like maybe the front driver coil spring on the strut might be shifting. Dealer put it on the lift and came back saying they were replacing the steering rack, and it would be a couple of weeks for the part.
I drove it daily while I waited for my appointment. It never made the sound again, and I got a new steering rack. I think that when they put it on the lift, and the strut went to full extension, the coil spring settled back in place.

apparently "I don't like where the emergency flasher button is, I have to reach over two more inches than I think I should, frankly it's in a spot where no driver could possibly find it" is now, in today's world, a "serious issue" that we all must acknowledge and embrace simply because someone said so.
No joke. Honestly if we're nitpicky I have more of an "issue" with where the parking brake is. But I guess only really because I drive a manual and use the parking brake all the time.
