@Mountaineer What's the trim material made out of? Just curious. I like that it's there, I assume it'll make it quieter and less leg-slicey.
It is a vinyl plastic. The top edge is not sharp without the added edging. Everyone was more worried about the corners. One person called it a cheese grater and we all thought that was pretty funny.

Still holding off ordering things before bronco arrives, but officially bookmarked.

How is the vinyl attached? If I buy these can I easily remove it? I think it would look better without it.

It ships loose. I figured some people may opt to leave it off. After having on, I could go either way.

Great idea and design. Probably best to leave natural and customer can paint or coat them to their own design (spray on bed liner for me). I thought the edge protector stuff on top would work well but in the later pictures I see that you already thought of that. Looks really good. Also, website and pricing please, front and rear pairs. Thank you.

These are very nice. I will put them on my 'Wish List' and pick up a pair when I've decided that the Bungie pockets are too difficult to work with. Also want to see how/if they will fit the door bags.

Also wonder what an injection molded version of this might be like?
@Mountaineer
Seems a lot of people are interested in something like this. I've already run across 2-3 people I've passed this along to. Thread

Any progress on how they fit in the door bags, yet?

I bought a pair for the front and cant wait to get them.

I would LOVE to see these built for the rear doors, with some cup holder configuration.

Paracord (matched to body color or trim pig) wrapped on that top edge would look cool as well as soften edges…(and keep some of the original Ford design intact)

The door bags have not arrived yet and will give feedback when they do. I am sure some others will chime in when these orders start arriving.

That was my thought too! I will most likely put some orange bungee in there when I can find some. The local shop only had black to choose from.

Rear door inserts are in the works. I already have them on my Bronco and would like to tweak the design a bit more before we release. This is definitely more of a commitment since this will not be an easy bolt on/off like the front pockets.

I installed mine today, took me about 15 minutes. Really like the way they look and so much more useful than the OEM nets.

Thank you for the input. Do you have a better cost effective idea or a source?
i love the product as well but not fond of the rubber pad. Have you considered "rolling" the metal rim up and over and back down toward the pocket (so as to make a lip of the upper edge getting rid of any sharp?). Great product btw.
