Doors filling with Water....? 😡

Surely I'm not the only one...
Here is my 2024 Heritage 2 door, parked during a light shower today.
Not only is water easily getting INTO the doors, but the drain holes are COVERED when the doors are shut!

In 2 years I have yet to have water issues.

I don't know... This was with the Bronco being parked outside! No rain driving...no power washer...
It only drains out when you open the doors! Ugh!

There are a couple of other threads. I posted earlier on one of those. Rainwater is somehow getting in and pooling between the gasket and the door sill, and it can't get out until the door is opened.

I don't think anybody has figured this out yet. It appears to be coming out of the bottom of the door panel - I can see a water trail and I saw it in a photo of somebody else's Bronco. Another surprise gift by the Ford engineers.

I had my inner doors rustproofed (and no, that's not the problem), but who knows whether that's going to help with water pooling between the (aluminum) door and the (not aluminum) door sill. Not to mention the (not aluminum) electronics and mechanical parts inside the door.

i submerged mine and open doors to use drain holes as water was up to half door lol,,,now i leave plugs out with no issues
