Effect of coilovers on total suspension travel?

I'd like to do a coilover lift, but don't want to negatively affect suspension travel. I don't see travel mentioned in the specs of the various options. Anyone aware of any guides or data around how the different options affect suspension travel (with or without UCRs)?

Most of the big name kits add more travel. As always though, with IFS and stock track width… you’re really limited to cv axle bind. There is a chart floating around the forum that lists this but can’t seem to locate.
