I think if I didnt get mine at the price I did, that would of been it, yeah I can afford it, but I think a WT with 4.0 option is very capable starting point. 70k for the 22 Raptor was a great price point, but now I dunno its gone way far north of where it should be IMO.

then you are price protected from all price increases after 2/23.

Increases:
- 2022 - 2023 >> $5,280 >> you are on the hook for this
- 2/10 >> $2,800 with $200 for D&D >> you are on the hook for this
- 3/20 >> $2,000 >> You have PP
- 4/10 >> $5,000 >> You have PP
- 5/10 >> $2,500 >> You have PP

def check with your dealer BUT your dealer will get a check from Ford for $9,500 (total of the last 3 price increases above)

BTW .. I was scheduled Dec of 2022 and my dealer told me there is no PP from 2022-2023 ($5,280) BUT I was price protected from all increases listed above in 2023.

Also ... your window sticker will always show the current price BUT you don't owe that amount. You should be able to deduct $9,500 from the window sticker due to PP.

I was scheduled for 2/23 but the date kept getting pushed to now 6/16/2023. Vehicle is in production now.

you may be right. BUT I can tell you with 100% certainty that the Warthog is a better vehicle.

BTW .. I also own a Wildtrak and I use to love it. And now I have a Braptor and when you drive them back to back, the braptor feels like it is made by a different company.

If you have a chance, drive a Braptor and decide for yourself.
No denying the Raptor is impressive. For a suspension and steering mod. Plus some horsepower and a few computer programs they really jack up the price.

let's talk mustang.

Do you think the GT500 is worth more than 60K over the GT?

something to think about.

I’ve received different information. …I don’t think Bronco raptors qualify for price protection. I’d love to be wrong.

Did you or anyone get price protection on bronco raptor ??
Yes, I picked up two weeks ago and got current model year price protection after coaching my dealer on the process with Ford. In my case it was $12,500 savings under current MSRP.

Nearly the same experience. I ordered my Bronco Raptor in October of 2022. Took delivery in April. Initially my dealer did not offer any price protection. I had to educate them (thanks in large part to other on this forum) on the fact that I should be protected for 2023 model year increases. They eventually agreed and took care of me. Couldn't be happier with my Bronco Raptor!

Please elaborate.

My dealer needs some major coaching.

I talked with Ford Marketing for three hours last week. Talked to dealer also.

No private offers, no price protection.

I need to know step by step how this is happening. Otherwise I’m canceling my order. I can’t bare the thought of driving down the road in my run down Chevy and see my decked out loaded Code Orange graphics packaged Raptor going the other way!

I don’t know anything about the Mustang or GT500. And I’m not knocking your Raptor or what you paid. Just my opinion on value.

Please correct me if I am wrong BUT you have not been scheduled correct? It is my understanding, that once you get scheduled, you are price protected from any price increase.

For example, let's say you don't get scheduled until 2024. Then you are not price protected from 2023 price increases.

It's not worth 95K. It just isn't.
Thank you for posting this. It is EXACTLY why I bought a Basesquatch 2.7. More than half the price (40K) and just as many “smiles per mile” 😁

That’s correct I’m not scheduled. Price protection from when. From when I signed paperwork or from the price of when it got scheduled?
