When I requested dealer to edit my unscheduled 3/5/21 WT Order to a non-WT soft top eliminating all other constrained options, I was advised that dealer was told by Ford Rep that there were no “commodity holds” on my Order, and may still be scheduled, so I should not edit. Does this make any sense ? ( I had a very late Res 2/21)

Have you read Ford FAQ's section regarding MIC tops?
Has that Rep?? Holy Hell !!!

Ford has clearly stated, if your build calls for a hard top (except FE's) AND you do not already have a VIN/build date, you will not be scheduled until 2022 at the soonest.

If that Rep is right, double holy hell, the new MIC's are ready and my DMG Bronco will be home SOON!!!!
But that is not likely..... or realistic.

Certainly I read the FAQ’s - that’s why I was trying to edit my order !
I’m curious what others who called dealers to edit were told ?

I was told - "Yes, changes have been made as you requested, sending you an email with your new build order".

A week later, got my VIN with the soft top as requested. :)

I'll say this though, my dealer told me the EXACT same thing, EXACT same words you typed....from the dealer rep and all.... when I wanted to remove the brush guard, etc constrained parts .... it got scheduled a week or two later.

Yeah, anybody.... go ahead and rule something out for this launch!!! See how that works for ya!!!

I hope it’s true, I need some more drama on here. Premierdrums hasn’t given out much scoop lately.

I've noticed, as I'm sure many others have as well.

I'm hoping that once more users start getting their builds, the drama starts to die down and it's just people showing off their mods, adventures, and things like that.
That's why I joined, to get ideas on what to do with my rig, places to go, people to meet.

If I can give advice. I don’t know if your planning to or not but don't level it. The amount of work it takes to do it you might as well do a 2-4inch lift and be done with it.
