NVS for the win.
best pictures of things not scraped up are here https://nextventuremotorsports.com/collections/ford-bronco-u725-2021

I have installed:
Aluminum Belly skid with UHMW
Sliders with UHMW
Shock skids
Rear diff skid/spacer

I left NVM shop on Monday and went directly to Hurricane Utah for Trail Hero. My FE suspension is stock and the front is sagging a bit from the winch. I lost probably 3/4" or more. It's a custom mount/Warn 8274-70.

I dragged the belly a bunch, never touched the rear shocks or diff. My stock (for now) front bash plate is scraped as well as drivers side rear upper control arm mount. Both front lower control arm pivots are lightly touched.

biggest hit was due to me following at speed a side by side in the "sand" obviously hit something :) Thank gawd for the NVM skid. Shattered a piece of the aluminum edge off.

If I had the NVM aluminum bash plate it would have been a smoother transition and I wouldn't have had this happen. NOTHING to do with NVM, me doing stupid things. The skid saved my ass and will allow me to drive home 1110 miles.

NVM has treated me like royalty, taken care of a manufacturing defect with my original set of sliders with zero questions asked.

I am at Trail Hero through Thursday if you want to check them out in person

Here are my crappy photos.

Saw ya Thursday as we rolled in! Had a blast this week! Put my sliders to the test on Rattlesnake Gulch!
Yep! I got there Monday night, left on Friday- wanted to be home for kids sports over the weekends.

my sliders got a minor scratch l, my front bash plate is destroyed, and my NVM belly skids took a big hit and bounce right back. Front to back the UHMW was on the rocks. It was definitely worth the upgrade. I really need the front bash plate now...

And some sort of lift. I measured my sag with all my add ons at almost 1.5". Sure 37"s sound great, but my front end issues need to be solved first.

I ordered the front skid when I was there but it hasn’t shipped yet. I just got an extra 2” from the Icon Coilovers. Rides so good now- I’m sticking with 35’s. I think 37’s just cause too many issues for the gains you get. I know that’s not trendy to say, but 35’s, skids and a small lift done correctly get these rigs almost anywhere.

Agreed on 35"s, I might switch to true 35s (not 315s) but that is as far as I am going..

The Belly skids are a work of art. And they saved my dumb self from stupid tricks.
How well are the UHMW holding up? Any regrets in getting probably the most expensive skids on the market for the Bronco.

UHMW is holding up perfectly. Every single sheet has VERY light marks from touch rocks. If the skids were bare aluminum, there would be good sized scratches and I would have heard it on the rocks while wheeling. If they were steel, the powdercoat/coating would have been gouged. I live in the PNW and preventing rust was important to me. If I was to get the protection that I have from the NVM skids in steel, it would have added 100s of pounds more.

I am very familiar with 5052 aluminum and UHMW and know that they were the right materials for this job. My boat was made of 5052/5056 aluminum and the trailer that I built was aluminum/stainless with UHMW bunk sliders.

The customer service, the quality and the materials in my mind were of great value. Yes it was a huge pill to swallow price wise. I would be spending a few $100 and a lot of time taking steel plates off and recoating them after every trip. With the UHMW and the aluminum, I have no worries.

looks like a great set up, I love their plates and protection.

the sliders look a bit unfinished to me and a good place to trap dirt. but otherwise great products and quality from the looks of it.
