I was helping my parents a few weeks ago with a transmission issue on their 2022 Explorer related to TSB 23-2352.
I didn’t even notice at the time, but the issue also applies to the 2021-2023 Bronco.
I have a manual transmission and therefore have no skin in this game—manual owners have their own issues to worry about honestly
. But for the benefit of all, the TSB is attached.

Some 2021-2023 Bronco vehicles equipped with a 10R60 transmission may exhibit a hasrh/delayed engagement and/or harsh/delayed shift with an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL).
