Brendan,
Get it replaced under warranty before you take delivery. Otherwise it will hit your insurance.

While I agree with the shrugging of the shoulders and moving on, 'accidents' are no such thing. They are the result of negligent driving or, very, very rarely, unforseeable mechanical failure (a vanishingly small percentage of the time).Accidents aren’t worth getting pissed about in my experience
You should refuse delivery and just order a new one!My bronco was delivered to my dealer yesterday - YEAH!
However, it showed up with a cracked windshield - see attached.
They can have their body shop replace it - but is there any risk / issue I should also be aware of with this resolution? Any help suggestions would be huge help

No negligent driving necessary. While I agree with the shrugging of the shoulders and moving on, 'accidents' are no such thing. I don't know what options you have on the car but just make sure all the electronics attached to it work properlyMy bronco was delivered to my dealer yesterday - YEAH!
