I just spoke with a rep from Zone the other day and zone is now releasing a 2.25" collar/spacer lift with control arms for around $700. Part number is zonf120

I ordered one over the phone with them and should be receiving it soon.
Did they say when this is happening/releasing?

So for the folks running RPG 3/2.25 do you all also install new UCA’s? I see some folks did and others didn’t, is there any consensus? I know you only net about 2.5” of lift with this setup from what I have read

Install was nice and easy. These are 17x9 kmc wheels at 0 offset. 37x12.5R17 Nitro Ridge grapplers with the Zone lift.

Love the zone 2.5 lift is an option now! How is the ride? I got the perch collars at 2.25 lift and the ride is horrible. Need to rip them out asap so I can off road again. I don’t see them on the website yet, but called and you can order them. Is it just a puck lift, or is there any perch lift that is apart of the setup? Anything I can do to get my soft ride back I’ll do!!

So the zone lift is hybrid in the front which is a combo of a collar and a spacer and the rear is just a spacer. This helps preserve ride quality. I have daily driven zone lifts on a hoss 2.0 Badlands and a hoss 3.0 Wildtrak and both ride very much like factory. The badlands I have taken off road a bunch of times and it handles most everything I throw at it. The Zone lift for the money to me is the best way to go for as basic as mall crawling or easy to intermediate off roading. Zone is also owned by the same company that owns BDS and Fox. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

I want 37's. Could really careless about a lift but obviously that would make the 37's easier to clear. I hate to mess with the HOSS 3.0 setup. I think I might try just the max tire clearance kit first to see if I can get the 37s to not rub (off rd not crawlin town) before added any kind of lift

If you decide to go with a lift or suspension system we have received amazing feedback from our customers who swapped the Hoss 3.0 for an ADS kit purchased from us. You can set it at or close to no lift or add preload up to about 3”. We run our Bronco with a very small amount of lift and 37s and love it. The ADS suspension improves on and offroad driving. We’d love to help if you need it down the road. Ps that back tire is not off of the ground in the photo. There is a rock under the tire.

Looks awesome.

Do you know how much lift you gained?

Any impressions on ride quality before/after?

And what was the cost of install?

So is there no rear track bar relocation bracket with this kit? I would think that needs to be addressed with a 2.25” lift.

You can call and order them now. I'm gonna do install in about a week.

Back lift is 1". Front is 2.5". I'm honestly not sure why they call it a 2.25" lift.

I went RPG 2.25/3 and also felt like the rear TB relocate was needed. I went with the RockJock bracket and it was the perfect amount of correction. Super easy to install in about 15 mins. Just use a ratchet strap to correct the geometry once your in the air and pull the bolt holes in line. Piece of cake. Worked like a gem. Very stout/well built.
