How long until receiving ford order confirmation email?

I ordered from McGovern Ford in Framingham, MA and waited weeks only to find out they didn't place the order! After telling me they did.
Went to a REAl Dealer, Best Ford in Nashua, NH, and received email confirmation from Ford in 1/2 an hour.

Order number on my Order never worked. I got an email from Ford saying my Bronco was scheduled to be built last week, but never heard anything else, so I checked over last weekend and at the bottom of my email was a Track Your Order Tab that was never there before. When I clicked, it opened a window I'ver never seen before, with a totally different order number, confirmation that it started being built last Thursday, and a copy of the window sticker. This is my 2nd Bronco, and I've never seen anything like that before.

I'd try calling Ford Marketing 1-877-662-7447 or try their online chat to confirm that your order was placed.

Can confirm. Used Best Ford in Nashua, received a FoMoCo confirmation email next business day.

I didn’t get it for over a month, until I started nagging my dealer about it. I wanted absolute confirmation the order was placed. I ended up getting the DORA before I got the confirmation. I found out the dealer had the practice of not putting email addresses on orders (with the BS reasoning that they didn’t like to do that because they get more unnecessary calls). After demanding that they put my email address on the order, I got it within a few hours.
