Anything that makes it easy to make money is just begging for inflation or a crash. Its called work for a reason its hard. Never forget the day I moved 45 tons of bricks 100 yards in one 9 hour day by hand for $72 after 22% taxes under bush. Got a $150 tax refund that year too.
