Anyone have the tech service bulletin number for this?

So, after trying to call Ford support multiple times, getting my call dropped, transferred, and time wasted, I spoke with my dealer.
They tried to scrub the window and get it to clean off, and they got the adhesive off, but there are still two lines on the window from the tape. They agreed that since this was caused by them, they'd get it taken care of. They're going to try and first warranty the window, and if the warranty team denies it, they said they'll just eat the cost and take care of it.

It's not like the window is damaged, but when you're looking through the rear view mirror, you can clearly see the spots where the tape went, and it's just a constant reminder of something so stupid.
