I noticed the Bronco is probably the only Ford not to have EcoBoost badging, and that got me thinking -- is there any way to tell from the outside which engine someone has? On earlier Fusions, the V6 had dual exhaust compared to I4's single. Likewise 2013ish F150s had the front license plate mounted off-center on EcoBoost models. Flex with EcoBoost has a slightly lower stance and the mufflers are painted black.
What, if anything, differentiates a 2.3 Bronco from 2.7 without checking VIN or popping the hood?
