If you guys aren't so sure, you should cancel just in case (especially those who reserved prior to mid August.) There's better Bronco model year coming blah, blah blah. I'll take the bullet and if/when I get bumped up, I'll be sure to let you all know you made the right decision.

Probably the only thing that will scuttle the deal is pricing games with the dealer.
If a second Ford dealer does that to me... I’ll go Inigo Montoya over it.

At that point I would probably buy a BMW or Merc. The Golf R would have had my money if it had a sunroof.

If for some reason I don’t like the bronco when it shows up. I have to admit this is the exact idea I’ve toyed with for a while. The bronco isn’t going to be my dd (yet), that duty is delegated to my gti. It is going to be my fun suv to go off-road and beach trips in. I’ve Always wanted a 2 door Tahoe or old RR but the 2 door bronco with all the new safety features and stuff makes sense. Especially how much it costs to restore.

If I don't like the Bronco, I'll just put it on the market for 5K more than I paid. That way it will still be cheaper than the dealer prices in my area.

I have 2 cars as of now, if I don't like it ill just continue to not have a payment or maybe look into the Maverick or next gen Ranger.

As for my backup plan its get a new complete Dennis Carpenter body for my EB and just have it instead of one new and one old one.

This is me. Any kind of bait-and-switch or TruCoat™ games with Granger pricing, and I'll just wait to see what Toyota comes up with the new Tacoma and 4Runner.

Before I go top the dealer, I will hop on the build and price for Wrangler, build a somewhat comparable vehicle, realize it would cost more and have less capability and then I will go to the Ford dealer and sign a check and drive home happy....and topless.
