My dealer showed this to me…he just got it the other day. Looks like the tuning pack is available for the 2023 MY.

It's the Ford Performance tune.

You were probably looking at the "Dealer Cost" column rather than the "MSRP" column

So $10k to “black out” your Bronco.
The Black Bronco was nice when it was reserved for just a couple trims, but people keep upbadging, so Ford decides “let everyone have it”.
the tune and exhaust are probably the best parts, but will probably be locked behind a “you can’t have tier 3 without tier 1 and 2”
