Have you been off road with it yet and experienced no rubbing?

That is exactly what I am saying. bone stock except for the JKS clearance kit with Mickey Thompson 37x12.50r17 which are 36.8" clear great. The only slightly rubbed before the clearance kit.

As far as the stock tires, I sold them to a friend for $1250 for all 5 tires. was a win win as it brought the cost of my 37's down to just over $1000. I had several people lined up for the tires. Ironically I had tried to do a trade in with Discount Tire and they were not interested in them at all. No sweat for me as I went to a local shop and got a great price and helped a local shop. Win Win

I've twisted it up pretty good and no rubbing. Sunday I will be going to a trail near home and be able to put it through it's paces. I did have to zip tie the lower inner fender liner as the push pins don't seem to hold very well. I will be replacing them with the ADV Fiberglass inner liners at some point.

Awesome. You are my hero! And I gotta ask. Did you pick up beadlock rings, and install the tires beadlock method?
HaHa thanks! I haven't gotten the beadlock rings yet. Ford wants a ridiculous amount for them. I have a friend who has a plasma table and we may have a go at cutting some.

If you’re concerned about safety, keep the crash bars and definitely don’t run 37s. A bigger, heavier tire has more of a chance to go into the cab, especially without crash bars. Don’t try to outsmart safety engineers.
I disagree here...the bigger the surface area of the tire, the less chance it has to protrude into the cabin. It's PSI that makes the difference. And your spreading out the Sq inches.

I see what you mean, but having crash bars vs having a bigger tire? Wonder which would be safer…

Definitely need some pics of her "all twisted up" ;)

By the time Ford builds my 2DR, ADV should have some 2DR rear fenders available. So feakin' sweet

Debating if I should cap/weld this hole. May have to do the same to the inside of the frame to make it worthwhile.
Why would you? The back side is open from the factory so I don’t see a problem with either corrosion or strength. If it’s for aesthetics then weld away but I don’t think it looks bad once painted.
