I’m leaning towards Fox, but I’ll admit I’m biased based on previous experience with Fox.

I’d wager I’ll be the guy needing HD springs for my 2Door.

2.7L, 37’s, Relentless bumper & skid plates, RCI sliders, tailgate reinforcement, GG tailgate table, plus camping gear. She gets heavy. Even with no timeline for HD coils to fit the Fox, I’m still leaning towards Fox.

Anyone in a similar boat?
Accutune sent me front and rear coils for my Fox 2.5 elites to handle the same weight on my vehicle. I have not taken it off-road yet, but it drives amazingly on the road.

Good to know thanks. I was aware that Accutune offered tuning options but I thought it was limited to valving. Good to know they can offer coils that fit and make recommendations based on build/weight for replacement coils.

What brand / weight coils did you get?

They are Eibach. I attached the part numbers. The rear springs from Fox are not even close for my vehicle. By the time you add full armor, a Turn Offroad tire carrier, a 40-inch tire and rim, and your normal gear, it has to be cranked down. I have not been off-roading with the new springs, hopefully this weekend. I run an AntiRock in the front, and no rear sway bar; with the Fox high speed, turned up a little, it drives very nicely on the street.

I have a full blown Icon suspension setup on my wife's 4Runner and it is "the shit". Rides very smooth, hits overgrown speed bumps (the big ones that are like a foot high and 4 feet wide) at 35 mph without spilling her pumpkin spice latte. I haven't taken it seriously offroad yet, but have hit easy trails with it and it is a comfy trail sofa. I was considering Old Man Emu but decided on the Icon setup instead. I still like the OME system but they say they are not going to produce the BP-51 for Bronco. I am looking for a light crawling trail heavy setup that can be a daily without being too mushy around corners.
Where did you hear OME is not doing the BP-51 for the Bronco?
They'd previously said they were working on it, but that was quite a while ago.

I watched a video, probably over a year ago, and in it the OME rep said they were not going to invest in new BP-51 platforms. They were probably working on the new model they do offer for Bronco.

Thanks.
In trying to find out more about the status of both the BP-51 and MT64 for the Bronco, I reached out to ARB.
Eventually I found someone willing to confirm that, while OME development for the Bronco is not actually cancelled, it has been put on "indefinite hold".
He said he's not sure why the OME engineers in Australia have put it on hold, but the best hope was for people to be adamant in asking for these products across social media.

Interestingly, I was talking with a buddy of mine that grew up in Australia, was around a lot of off-roading/overlanding there, and just visited again this year. He said the popularity of the Ranger and Ranger Raptor has exploded. He also explained that SUVs are not very popular, but that pickups and anything you can add a custom bed to are very popular.

So given that, I'd guess that the Bronco is just too far down the priority list to see much development in Australia in the face of all these new trucks.

Maybe if people ask about it enough, we can get them to piggyback some Bronco development alongside the Ranger?
