I requested Ford Performance to combine the skus and make one sku and they said it was possibly in the works (I say possibly as they told me it was pushed up the chain and they'd let me know).

If this help you this is the part number M-4000-513B Hope there bundle they do with the front and rear gear changing.

I've seen the 5.38 front (from Ford Performance) and Rear (Dana 60) but nothing for the rear in 5.13 other than ring/gear sets to rebuild either the M220 or the Dana 60.
