What sort of VINs are you guys seeing? I got mine a couple of weeks back from my dealership. It seems emails don't make it to Canada. The last several digits of my VIN start with MLA682xx

Just curious as to what the serials from today are looking like.

My email showed up at 6am with a VIN and July 12 build date. I had a 7/13 10pm reservation. 2dr BD AT 2.7 MIC Mid Tow roof rack AMB. I was previewed last week and have shown clean buildable for weeks. Was one of a few from my dealer that were the same status. Originally #20 at my dealer, but one of only a few buildable at this point.

Here's a shot of the factory hitch. Looks like the bumper will have to come off to mount it to the crossmember.

Guess I will do that when I replace the front and rear bumpers

I'm starting to believe that the constraint is solely based on Webasto producing the tops is bunches so we have times when no hard tops can be allocated and times when Ford gets a shipment in from Webasto so they schedule a bunch of MIC builds.

The bottle neck clearly seems to be Webasto's ability to meet the contracted production numbers per week/month.

Terrible that a supplying Company can tie this all up. Webasto announced their new plant to be built in Michigan in June of 2019. I can't find when they broke ground or when they started production. Seems they need to ramp it up, add shifts, hire more staff, etc. Same with hitches. FORD needs to learn a lesson here; more in-house production of parts, more parts on hand, parts production (once final designs are made) needs to start sooner. Lack of a specific part should never shut a plant down. They are losing millions over this and customer relations too. I am being patient as many of us are....but this is trying for sure.

Got the production email on April 22nd for a June 21st build. No emails from Ford on a delay. My dealer said his pushed back 3 weeks and checked mine and it was 7/12 in the system. No email today. I guess I will simply have to wait in the dark for a phone call saying my Bronco is on the lot someday.

July 19 production

We didn't get our reservation until October. I didn't expect the car until 2022. Pleasantly suprised!
