I haven't seen any information on this subject.
Has there been an announcement from Ford as to whether they will shut down for two weeks starting late June/ early July this year?

Looking at the last scheduling schedule from Ford, it implies they're shutting down the week of 7/4 since there's no scheduling that week.

Q1 earnings will be reported on Wednesday, April 27th, after the market closes. If there is any news to report regarding plant shutdowns system-wide, I would expect it to be released either the next day or the day after, during the Friday evening news dump. If any news comes out pre-earnings, it will likely have been leaked and not authorized.

Up until about 12 years ago, that's what the whole Ford system used to do with the 4th being part of the first of the two down weeks.

I hope that they do shut down, for a month. Maybe then they might reroute some CHIPS to my unit, which is built and sitting in the yard...

Yes, I've been at Ford for 23 years. My plant is one week ahead of that.

If they have parts they'll have some people there working on the ones waiting for parts.
